World Rhythms Drumming + Percussion

In this class, we’ll explore rhythm as a universal language spoken all around the world, learning to play rhythmic forms from different cultures. We’ll use authentic instruments to create percussion compositions rooted in solid music theory and your creative ideas.  Through all of this, we’ll develop teamwork and self-confidence, key ingredients to the lifelong creative learning process. The semester will close with a performance for families and friends!
